Don’t feel bad if you’ve lost focus. Your life is full of unexpected distractions. Really, they are everywhere. Friends invite you to do things, people have birthdays, treats show up at work, your kids keep you up too late, then there’s that thing called stress, etc…. It’s not easy to keep a focus on health and fitness. Even those of us who really like all of this stuff struggle periodically. So just accept the lapse and as soon as the dust settles, get back on track.
There are only 11 days left. But wow! There are 11 days left!! And it’s getting light out earlier…plus it’s 30 degrees most of the time these days…almost balmy. So come on, if you’ve lost your focus…why not start again? Finish strong. You will be so proud of yourself on March 1st if you pull out these last 11 days.
