This is a great question to answer on the eve of the challenge. And by the way, I’m eating some Chex mix as I type cuz I’m giving up all the crunchy stuff for February. So what if you fall off the train, so to speak? Well, there is a way to stay in the Challenge. All you have to do is confess and by confess I mean post the details on the blog page for everyone to see. This is not meant to punish you…on the contrary, it’s meant to motivate everyone else. The February Challenge is difficult because it’s really an exercise in breaking habits. We are all creatures of habit and trying to change one, let alone several, is a huge undertaking. The more we talk to each other, the easier it is for everyone. And we want to hear about the near misses too…like the movie you went to and almost died without your bucket of popcorn. This is not the time to be shy. Misery loves company and in the end we will all be better for it.
So when (I’d be optimistic and say “if” but I know better) you have a tough day, tell us what happened and get back on the train. There is no quitting this year….just learning and trying again. Good luck everyone!!!
