I’m a mom, a retired speaker, an author, a rape survivor and an Ironman. I spent too many years…way too many years…acting like a chameleon, constantly changing colors to please the people who crossed my path. It might sound like a good thing to do but trust me it’s not healthy to value yourself based on what other people think.
